We do! As struggling authors ourselves, we know sometimes quality services can seem out of reach. For services over $50, we offer payment plans for our clients. Depending on total cost, we ask for 25% or 50% down, and will make payment plans that fit your budget and schedule. Do note, final products can’t be delivered until the invoice is paid in full.
If we haven’t started working on your project, you can request a full refund within 10 days of purchase. If we have started, refunds are done on a sliding scale depending on how much work we’ve already done. If we’re past 40% done, no refunds will be offered. However, we will do our best to adjust your project to your liking to ensure you’re happy with the final delivery. If you have an issue with any service, please feel free to contact us so we can make it right!
If you’re looking for something specific that isn’t on the website, feel free to contact us. We may be able to offer a custom service for you. If we can’t, we might know someone who can and can refer you to a stellar service provider within our network of friends and associates we trust.
We accept credit and debit cards through Paypal as our preferred payment option. At this time, we aren’t set up with any other credit card processors. We can do checks or money orders via snail mail if preferred. Do note- work will not begin until personal checks clear.
We sure do! If you recommend us to a friend and they give us your name when they book a new service, your friend gets 15% off of their first invoice, and you get 15% off your next purchase of any service. It’s our way of saying “thanks”! Your friend must let us know you recommended us when they book in order to get the discount, and the name they give must be the same name you use when booking your next service, so we can keep track.
