Bad formatting can ruin a book. Good formatting can take a book from good to great, making it far more enjoyable to read. We offer several options for formatting, including all popular files necessary for various book aggregators. There are no pre-fab programs used here at PAS… we hand format your books line by line, to ensure every paragraph turns out exactly how you want it to. PAS goes the extra mile by triple checking each document, using two different file previewers and using Direct to Kindle for Ebooks to see how it looks before approving the final files for send-off.
Ebook Formatting- Starting at $40.00
Full pricing depends on word count, starting at up to 60,000. Ebook formatting is one thing that can make or break you… each device renders things differently, and readers do complain about badly formatted books. Some even report them to the platform, giving you a mess to sort out. Better to do it right the first time! All Ebooks come in EPUB and MOBI formats. They will be formatted with a properly indexed and linked Table of Contents, and all large blocks of text will be broken up properly for ease of reading.
Paperback Formatting- Starting at $60.00
Full pricing depends on word count, starting at up to 60,000. There’s nothing better than holding a book in your hands, especially one that is formatted to look great as you read. All PAS formatting comes with a carefully selected heading font with a commercial license and follows industry standards. This means we will carefully ensure all your chapters start on the right, all page numbers are correct, your front and back matters are formatted properly, and everything looks amazing in print form. Paperbacks will be delivered in both DOC and PDF formats.
Specialty Paperback Formatting- Starting at $60.00
One thing we’ve learned over our years of publishing our own books is that sometimes our readers have problems reading in standard formats. We printed out a bunch of test sheets to get opinions, and found a format that worked best for most everyone we polled that had reading issues. It provides a little more space for the words to breathe, clearer breaks between paragraphs, and extra large margins on the left to avoid words running too close to the margin. If you want this formatting, we can do that! If you have an idea for a different type of formatting you’d like, contact us, we can work with you to find a format you are happy with to showcase your work. Paperbacks will be delivered in both DOC and PDF formats.

Full pricing depends on word count, starting at up to 60,000. Want the best of both worlds? Save money by booking your Ebook and Paperback formatting at the same time. We’ll handle it all, and you get a bit of a discount for letting us get all the work done at once! This package will contain all Ebook and Paperback formats included in the separate packages, as well as an extra ODT file for those working in Open Office.
